Listen to Your Mother San Antonio announces 2019 Season
We are excited to announce that Listen to Your Mother is returning to San Antonio in 2019.
Listen to Your Mother had two successful seasons in San Antonio, in 2016 and 2017 and we are back for our third San Antonio season. Here's the details:
San Antonio will host a special local performance as part of the LISTEN TO YOUR MOTHER series in honor of Mother's Day in 2019. The 90-minute show will be held at The Tobin Center for the Performing Arts (Carlos Alvarez Studio Theater) on May 11th at 2:00 p.m.
Tickets go on sale Monday, January 28th online or at the Tobin Center Box Office, 100 Auditorium Circle, San Antonio 78205.
LISTEN TO YOUR MOTHER was founded in Madison Wisconsin in 2010 by Ann Imig. At its peak, the show was held in 41 cities across the United States and Canada. This is San Antonio’s third season, with previous shows held in 2016 and 2017.
LISTEN TO YOUR MOTHER features live readings by local writers on the beauty, the beast, and the barely-rested of motherhood, in celebration of Mother's Day. Born of the creative work of mothers who publish online, each production is directed, produced, and performed by local communities, for local communities.
