Buying the perfect sized ham for all those holiday gatherings isn’t easy. Is it a pound per person, two pounds per person…I mean, you seriously never know. When I’m standing at the supermarket staring at the ham choices, I figure I’d rather have more ham to go around than not enough. (Can you imagine the chaos at holiday dinner if we actually ran out of ham?! The horror.) I feel that it’s a safe bet to actually figure out 2-3 pounds of ham per person because then, I get to brainstorm on all the glorious ways that I can use up all that leftover ham.
