Stitch Fix Reviews

Ripped Jeans and Bifocals is NOT a fashion blog and, while I don't consider myself a fashionista or particularly trendy, I do like clothes and I like looking nice. I'm also a busy mom with limited time to shop without her kids in tow. I enjoy getting my Stitch Fix boxes – it's something I do just for me and it's fun to see what someone else picks out for me because they're usually things that I'd never choose for myself and usually, things I end up loving and wearing often.

The low down and dirty on Stitch Fix:

Just in case you’ve been living under a rock, I’ll tell you real quick: Stitch Fix is a clothing delivery service that sends boxes of clothing, shoes and accessories to your door with a frequency YOU get to decide. You can get a fix every two to three weeks, every three months or just when you decide you want one.

You fill out an online profile with information about your sizes, taste and lifestyle and you’re assigned a stylist to pick stuff out for you. Each fix contains 5 items. It’s great for busy people and the fashion challenged (raises both hands) because you can try on stuff and style it in the privacy of your own home. If you like it, you keep it. If you don’t, you can send it back in the pre-paid envelope. Best of all, you can give your stylist feedback on what you liked and didn’t and what you want to see more (and less) of.

If you’re interested in trying Stitch Fix out, you can use my code, here. I’ll get a discount off future fixes if you sign up but otherwise, I get no compensation from posting online about Stitch Fix.

About me:

I'm 5'11 and I weigh about 178 pounds – and yes, I wish that number was about 10 pounds lower on the scale and I'm working on that. I usually wear a size 14 although that can go up and down depending on the clothes. This page is a place for me to share my Stitch Fix reviews with women who are trying to get the best out of their fix or who are just looking for ideas on what to wear. You can subscribe to the blog to get email updates once a week or you can bookmark this page and check back. I'm currently receiving Stitch Fix boxes about once a month.
