Disneynature’s PENGUINS is coming your way for EARTH DAY 2019
After the heaviness of Avengers: Infinity War (no spoilers from me, I promise!) I have a little Disney teaser that is a lot lighter, warmer and fuzzier. I'm about to introduce you to a penguin named Steve and he will give you all the happy feels.

Disneynature has a new feature film coming out for Earth Day 2019. Yes, I know that's a long time from now but this is one you'll want to get excited about and get your kids excited about. I love Disneynature films…they're engaging and educational and so fun to watch that your kids won't realize they're actually learning something! Born in China is a particular favorite of both of my boys, since they were actually born in China and could relate to the film on a more personal level.

They are just as excited to see PENGUINS next year. They've been studying Antarctica in school and every time we get ready to plan a trip, they ask if we can go there. That's kind of a tall order right now, so I'm hoping this latest from Disneynature will be almost as good, although if the trailer is any indication, it will probably make them want to go even more.
Could this even BE any cuter? I challenge you to watch this without smiling. I say it can't be done.
Disneynature films are so truly inspiring. The technology and the dedication that goes into the film-making is just breathtaking. I'm so happy there are people who are committed to bringing us these little glimpses into the daily lives of these animals.
About the Film:
Disneynature’s all-new feature film PENGUINS is a coming-of-age story about an Adélie penguin named Steve who joins millions of fellow males in the icy Antarctic spring on a quest to build a suitable nest, find a life partner and start a family. None of it comes easily for him, especially considering he's targeted by everything from killer whales to leopard seals, who unapologetically threaten his happily ever after. From the filmmaking team behind BEARS and CHIMPANZEE, Disneynature’s PENGUINS opens in theaters nationwide in time for Earth Day 2019.
