Delicious Honey Cakes Inspired by Winnie the Pooh
These honey cakes are easy to make and they are actually sort of a puffed pancake baked in a muffin tin. They don't have any sugar in the batter – the sweetness comes from the vanilla ice cream and the honey drizzle. They are sweet and satisfying without being overly rich. It's a very simple dessert that looks very pretty plated which is nice if you're into presentations but don't have the patience to do a lot of food staging.
